Higham Farmhouse
Higham Farmhouse is a 16th Century Listed Farmhouse with Characteristic Flemish Gables. It has recently been extensively renovated and modernised and has a wood burning stove in each of the three reception rooms.
The Sitting Room aims to be cosy and comfortable with a sofabed allowing the room to double as a sixth bedroom.
The Dining Room has an attractive Inglenook fireplace and boasts a dining room table large enough to seat
twelve people together. The family room provides an alternate seating area and access to the patio area outside where there
is garden furniture to enable you to enjoy the location and appreciate the cows, trees, flowers and birdlife of this very special spot.
The master bedroom provides a double bed and a particularly spacious en-suite with shower and bath. The second bedroom
is on the second floor, with a double bed and en-suite with bath.
The third bedroom is on the first floor also with a double bed and a shower en-suite. Both the fourth and fifth bedrooms have twin beds.
Higham Farmhouse has been equipped with the main requirements of a home.
In addition to oil fired central heating there are three wood burning stoves, a fitted oak kitchen, an electric double oven & hob, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine &
dishwasher, large screen television.
