Higham Farmhouse is a 16th Century Listed Farmhouse, situated on a working farm. It was extensively renovated in Spring 2010 and is offered as holiday accommodation for a minimum of three nights, with a Friday changeover for weekly lets. The self-catering house comprises three reception rooms and five bedrooms, three en-suites with an additional family bathroom.
The farmhouse is situated on the edge of 200 acres of chestnut woodland and has the advantages of extensive private parking
and an established South facing garden with patio area. There are three pubs within walking distance; two in the village of Fordwich
and the other in Stodmarsh, near the internationally
recognised Nature Reserve. The farmhouse enjoys an enviable location, with spectacular view's eastward, down the Greater
Stour Estuary.
